Brokerage Listing

This O’ Day 272 LE –  is a STEAL –  she is PRICED TO SELL – and a TRUE GEM.

Pride of ownership shows in this meticulously maintained vessel. She resides in covered storage many months of the year when not out sailing. Her hull is continually buffed and decks wiped sparkling clean. Not only have the owners kept her looking new, but they have invested in quality upgrades as well.  Recent additions include Roller furling, solar vent, cockpit righting sail, mainsail, genoa, custom canvas and cabinetry and Lowrance GPS with Navionics charts.  She is comfortable to sail with a roomy covered cockpit and wheel steering. On deck, she is outfitted with all lines leading aft and manual winches.

Her spacious interior is surprising for a vessel of this size, boasting 6′ of headroom and 2 separate berths. The Galley includes sink, icebox, 2 burner alcohol stove and cabin heat. “Knot a Clew” was brought to the Northwest in 2016.  She was a freshwater boat until her two month introduction to salt water in 2017. She is easy to view, as she resides in a beautiful purpose built garage in Sequim.  She has been stored undercover her whole life, polished and buffed in the off season. “Knot a Clew” is truly a special boat looking for a new family to care for her and create new wonderful memories. Please call to arrange viewing.  Complete records accompany purchase.

Heavy duty custom-built trailer included.
