1984 Cascade 36 – $32,900 Incredible Value!

Brokerage Listing

This Cascade 36 is a stand alone. The hull is the Classic Cutter Rig,  but the interior is special.  She was finished by a cabinetmaker and true craftsman.  every nook and cranny is maximized for storage. The Oak was milled on site, and purposefully installed.  The settee cleverly converts to a double berth, creating capacity for 6. She is light bright inside, has a well equipped Galley, rebuilt marine head and comfortable V berth.  On deck, all lines lead aft,  she has a new Ballard Main, self tailing winches, new Roller Furling, Autohelm and Garmin GPS.  The owners are regretfully selling for a larger vessel.  Available for viewing at SEA Marine, Port Townsend.
